Chilton Staging + Design was born after Summer and her husband completed the most successful flip-house of their career; a 100-year-old national historic home (on Chilton Avenue) in Tyler TX, which sold for 25% over asking price in less than 48 hours.

Inspired by the success of this unique home, Summer set out to elevate all homes to reach their highest potential through staging and design.

After achieving the Expert Level Staging Design Professional Certification and training under some of the best home staging professionals in the country, Summer is bringing that knowledge and skill to homes in the East Texas area.
