How Much Does Short Term Styling Cost?
The cost of short-term rental styling varies greatly on the size of the property and the furnishings selected, so please contact us to get a free quote. This includes all items needed for your guests (furniture, bedding, towels, cutlery, etc.) Learn more about the cost of home staging here.
Do I Keep the Items Selected for the Short-Term Rental?
Yes, absolutely! The furniture, decorations, towels, everything is yours to keep with our short-term rental styling.
How Long Does It Take?
Designers typically require advance notice of at least 14 business days after payment is received. This gives us time to procure the items, assemble furniture (if needed) and have it delivered it to your short-term rental. Depending on the size of the space, it typically takes us 2-3 business days to place the items and get the rental guest-ready.
How Does Payment Work?
Once your agree to the proposal, you will be billed for the entire cost of furnishings and styling. The invoice will come via email where you can easily pay via credit or debit card. Payment must be received in full before the delivery can be scheduled.
Who Selects the Furnishings Used in My Short-Term Rental?
Our Expert Level Master Stagers will select the appropriate furnishings, custom selected for your home based on style, durability, functionality, and easy maintenance based on our years of industry knowledge and management of short-term-rentals.
